It is recommended that when purchasing factory second product you order 5% - 10% extra to allow for cuts, breakages and wastage. Please note that pallets are packed at the factory and it is impossible to inspect every piece prior to a pallet leaving our yard.
Q: Do you sell 1st Quality Product?
A: Yes we do. If you can’t find what you are looking for in the Online Store please contact us for a quotation.
Q: What hours are you open?
A: We are open 6 days a week.
Mon – Friday 7.30am – 4:30pm
Saturday 7.30am – 4pm
Sunday CLOSED
Q: Do you only stock products that are listed in your Online Store?
A: No, we have a larger range of products at our Showroom that you can view. Our showroom is located in Smithfield 2164, NSW
Q: Where do you deliver to?
A: We use the services of a transport company that delivery to Sydney Metropolitan, Central Coast and South Coast areas. We also outsource business to deliver Australia wide. If you are outside the metropolitan area – please contact us and we will do our best to get our products to you.
Q: Why is your delivery so expensive?
A: Most of the products we sell are very heavy and to deliver them to you we need the use of a Semi Trailer and Alterain Forklift. Fuel prices and running costs are what they are so we can not discount on delivery. For all delivery details please read our Delivery Information Page.
Q: Can I pick up my own product?
A: Yes, depending on the product you buy, if the product is housed at Simon’s Seconds you are welcome to pick it up. Please note we will not hand load your box trailer for you,(should we have time we will help you). We can place pallet loads with the use of a forklift IF POSSIBLE and within a SAFE LEGAL traveling load capacity with the appropriate safety restraints eg straps angles etc
At any given time Simons Seconds Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse to load your vehicle should the customer not comply to safety standards law by NSW work cover and the RTA.
Q: Do you give discounts if I buy a large amount of product?
A: We already discount our product heavily but would be willing to talk to you about large orders. This is usually done on a case by case basis, you may need to come in and see us and purchase in person to do this.
